I’m design leader with a passion for making complex things simple and meaningful. I’ve built products with global brands, led amazing teams, and believe the best work happens when creativity, collaboration, and curiosity come together.

What the construction site and classroom taught me about design.

 

As a young man with two boys, my dad taught himself how to build houses—taking odd jobs after work and classes at night. Growing around building sites, I learned the value of iteration, solving problems under pressure, and communicating clearly with clients. I saw firsthand that great work isn’t just about structure and craft, but about creating something people will love.

I was also blessed to watch my mom create a classroom where every child was welcome and received the same care and attention, no matter their level. She prepared and structured her days with intention, tried new methods, adapted quickly, and personalized the experience to fit each moment and each student.

Those lessons stuck with me and continue to shape my approach today:
